• ESP (sometimes my network is down--might need to rely on e-mail)

I use a phone messaging service called CALLINGPOST to send any last-minute whole group messages to the group.  If there is horrible weather or some other reason to cancel a rehearsal at the last minute, this is how it will be done.  (Plus e-mail, plus a web announcement, plus a parish blast…hey—we’re thorough!)  These messages will go to cell phone numbers I have on file for you.  It’s my understanding that the caller i.d. for this service starts with area code (405).  If you see it coming in, just let it go to voice-mail—that’s the only way to replay any incoming message.  (Or you can always check the website or your e-mail or call me to get the skinny if you have missed the message.)
